Welcome to M. J. BURT PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LTD We are a family run company established in 1988 working in Poole, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. We specialise in painting and decorating, plumbing and heating, property repairs and renovations. Martin established the company back in 1988 as a ‘one-man band’. With four young sons to look after, he was looking for a way to support his young family using the skills and knowledge that he had from previous employment. The company quickly grew a reputation for delivering excellent quality workmanship and our customer base was formed. Lewis (Martin’s son) completed a plumbing apprenticeship at Poole and Bournemouth College. After years of working for both residential and commercial plumbing companies and passing his gas qualifications, Lewis and Martin decided to join forces and Lewis joined the family ‘firm’ in 2005. The company has grown from strength to strength and we now employ a team of skilled tradesmen. We are Gas Safe™ registered, as well as members of the Painters and Decorators Association and the Federation of Small Businesses. We pride ourselves on delivering great customer service which very often leads to repeat custom. Our Poole-based team is fully qualified, fully insured and our gas engineers are Gas Safe™ registered for your peace of mind.
